Hashed Turnips

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped cooked yellow turnips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter/Bacon / sausage drippings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix turnips with salt, pepper, and water.
Heat butter until hot.
Add turnip mixture and cook slowly until lightly browned.
