Shredded Rutabagas

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed coarsely shredded rutabagas 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in a wide frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add rutabagas, water, sugar, and soy sauce.
Cover and cook, stirring often, until rutabagas are tender-crisp to bite about 5 minutes.
