Baked Honeyed Turnip

Ingredients
  Yellow turnip 1 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Put the turnip in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Mix the broth with the honey and pour over.
3. Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until tender.
