Turnips

Ingredients
  Turnip 1
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Peel and cube turnip, then place in boiling salted water and cook until tender.
2. While turnips are cooking, sautee onion in butter.
3. Drain turnips well, and then mash.
4. Mash in the sauteed onions.
You will find these turnips surprisingly delicious.
