Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips

Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips has been in my head for a while now. I had never tried Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips earlier and hence had some starting trouble. I'm glad I tried it!
Ingredients
  White turnips 4 (Peeled)
  Roquefort cheese 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Chives 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook turnips.
–  Cut a slice off top of each turnip and set aside.
–  Scoop out pulp.
–  In a bowl, combine turnip pulp and Roquefort cheese and run through blender.
–  Add nutmeg and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
–  Garnish turnips with stuffing and serve.
