|Rutabaga||1 Small, peeled and diced|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Teaspoon|
Combine rutabaga, water, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until very tender.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add rutabaga, milk, brown sugar, and butter.
Top with cover, and process 1 minute or until smooth.
Spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
