Preparing Christmas Turkey
The first important step in making Turkey is to source a fresh and healthy bird. Turkeys are available between 4kg to 12 kg range; pick one as per your family size. Prepare the stuffing in advance, the turkey can be brought in a day before and frozen. On the day of Christmas stuff Turkey and arrange it on baking tray along with vegetables and marinade. Best way to check if the turkey has cooked is to pierce a knife in the legs and look for juices oozing out, if yes then the bird is ready to serve.
