Olive And Prune Turkey Fries
|Turkey sausages||1 Pound (450 Grams)|
|Ready to eat prunes||15 , stoned|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (50 Grams / 1 Cup)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (15 Milliliters)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Frying oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Skin the sausages and knead the meat into one large sausage shape.
Cut into 15 equal pieces.
Flatten each piece.
Push an olive into the stone cavity of each prune.
Put a stuffed prune in the centre of each piece of sausagemeat and wrap the sausagemeat around.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the paprika.
Roll the sausage balls in beaten egg, then the breadcrumb mix to coat completely.
Deep fry in hot oil for 8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Leave to cool.
Cut into halves to serve.
