|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Turkey broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|

|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Toast slices/Hot biscuits||6|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter; stir in flour to form a smooth paste.
Stir in liquids, seasonings and turkey; cook over moderate heat, stirring until thickened.
Serve on hot toast or biscuits; garnish with parsley.
