Baked Turkey Hash
|Coarsely ground cooked turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked potato||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||16 Ounce|
|Finely snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Rubbed sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely crushed saltine crackers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Preheat oven to 350Â°.
Stir together first 7 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Turn into lightly greased 1 quart casserole.
Toss together crackers and butter; sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake at 350Â° till heated through, about 30 minutes.
