Baked Turkey Hash

Ingredients
  Coarsely ground cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cubed cooked potato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned evaporated milk 16 Ounce
  Finely snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Rubbed sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely crushed saltine crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together first 7 ingredients, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Turn into lightly greased 1 quart casserole.
Toss together crackers and butter; sprinkle atop casserole.
Bake at 350° till heated through, about 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
