Turkey Aglia Olio
|Boneless skinless turkey breasts||1 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely minced|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, finely minced|
|Ground oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Angel hair pasta||10 Ounce, cooked (hot)|
Slice the turkey breast thinly across the grain of the meat.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and grill the turkey slices for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked.
Place the pasta on a serving platter, pour the sauce over and toss well.
Arrange the turkey slices on top and serve immediately.
