Turkey Part 1 - Marinating The Turkey

Its time for thanksgiving. Lets try new and different recipes for the dinners. Make them light and healthy. Lets see how to make a turkey for thanksgiving.
  Turkey 14 Pound
  Grapefruit 2 , juiced
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit zest 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Mix all the ingredients in a blender to make a marinade. Place the turkey in a big bowl upside down and pour all the marinade over it. Cover it and put it in the fridge overnight.Prepare a stuffing for the turkey. Stuff it and brush some marinade over it. Place it in a bag and bake it at 325 F for about 4 hours.
