Foil Baked Turkey
|Turkey breast||1 (or Whole Turkey Thigh (2-3 lbs.))|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
Sprinkle underside of turkey lightly with salt.
Cream butter, cheese, flour, herbs, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper together.
Spread over skin of turkey.
Place on sheet of heavy foil and bring edges together up over meat and fold over twice.
Fold ends twice to seal.
Place packet in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hr. 50 minutes.
Open foil carefully and pour off juices.
Slice meat and serve with juices.
