Stir Fry Turkey Italiano

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Low Sodium)
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Turkey breast cutlets 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 0.5 inch strips
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Margarine 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a sm.bowl combine cornstarch, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper flakes, bouillon and wine; set aside.In a med.size non stick skillet, over medium low heat, stir fry turkey, onions and garlic in margarine 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
Add bouillon mixture; cook and stir until sauce is thickened.
Serve over cooked spaghetti, if desired.
