Turkey-Mac Casserole

The turkey mac casserole is a turkey and macaroni casserole cooked with vegetables and cream cheese. Cooked in a skillet, this turkey and macaroni recipe is perfect for as a meal for a family dinner or dinner for two.
Ingredients
  Macaroni and cheese dinner mix 14 Ounce
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce
  Bulk turkey sausage 1 Pound
  Small onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cut up
Directions

Cook macaroni from mix in a large amount of boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables.
Cook for 5 minutes more.
Drain macaroni vegetable mixture.
Return to saucepan.
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet cook turkey sausage and chopped onion till sausage is well done and onion is tender.
Drain, if neces sary.
Add cheese sauce from mix, milk, margarine or butter, and cream cheese to the hot macaroni mixture.
Stir till margarine or butter and cream cheese are melted.
Stir in turkey mixture and heat through.
