Parmesan Turkey Florentine
|Frozen chopped spinach/8 ounces fresh spinach, cooked and chopped||10 Ounce|
|Chopped water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|White sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Turkey breast slices||8 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place unopened package of spinach on microproof plate.
Cook on HI, 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Combine spinach, water chestnuts, onion, pimiento, nutmeg, and Basic White Sauce.
Place turkey slices in 8-inch round micro-proof baking dish with thick portions toward outside of dish.
Pour sauce evenly over tur-key.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on HI, 4 to 5 minutes, or until meat is done and sauce is hot.
