Glazed Turkey Roast

Ingredients
  Frozen boneless turkey roast 5 Pound
  Jellied cranberry sauce 7 Ounce (1 can)
  Corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare turkey roast as directed on package.
Heat cranberry sauce, corn syrup, lemon peel and lemon juice over low heat, stirring frequently.
Twenty minutes before roast is done, remove from oven.
Spoon off drippings.
Pour cranberry glaze over turkey; roast uncovered 20 minutes, spooning glaze over turkey once.
Place roast on warm platter; spoon glaze over top.
