|Chopped mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice cold roast turkey in as attractive slices as possible, then arrange on a baking pan, sprinkle with 2 tbsp. melted fat and heat in a moderate oven of 375Â° F. for 10 min.
Meanwhile prepare this sauce: Chop onion and green peppers fine.
Saute in 2 tbsp. of melted fat until quite tender.
Then add chopped mushrooms and parsley.
When thoroughly mixed add flour and stir until smooth.
Next add condensed tomato soup and water and continue stirring until smooth.
Add salt if necessary.
Serve as a sauce with hot sliced turkey.
