Use a sharp knife or serrated knife to carve the turkey. You can also use an electric knife for this purpose. Put the turkey in breast-up position. Cut this into 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 legs. Start with separating the legs. Next separate the drumsticks from the thighs at the joints. Next cut the breast pieces. Take the knife to cut the breast piece over the backbone and the ribs. Cut the breasts into 6 slices. Finally cut the wings at the joints.
