|Apple cider vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kosher salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh thyme||2 Gram|
|Salted butter||250 Gram|
|Beetroot||1 , diced|
1.Pre-heat oven at 325C.
2.In a sauce pan, pour the cider vinegar and the apple butter.
3.Season with salt ,add thyme leaves to it and stir it well.
4.On the stove on medium high heat, bring the contents in the saucepan to a boil and keep stirring.
5.Meanwhile in a bowl, place the butter, add rosemary and thyme to it and mix well with your hands.
6.In a roasting pan, pop in the potatoes, onions and beet root.
7.Separate the skin from the turkey meat and then gently rub the seasoned butter on the inside,the cavities and on top of the skin.
8.On the same roasting pan, place the turkey steady over the vegetables.
9.Pour the seasoned cider vinegar mixture over the turkey and place it in the oven for 3 hours to cook.
10.The perfect meal with roast turkey and veggies is ready to be served.
