Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  Turkey 3 1⁄2 Pound (3- 3 1/2)
  Cooking oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Brush outer surface of turkey breast with oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the thickest portion of turkey breast.
Place turkey breast half in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 1/2 to 2 hours or till meat thermometer registers 170°F (77°C)
