Spicy Turkey Patties
|Raw ground turkey||1 Pound|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Pepper onion sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
Place patties on rack of a broiler pan cooled with cooking spray; broil 5 inches from heating element 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Serve with 2 tablespoons sauce per serving.
