Orange-Glazed Turkey Breast
|Orange marmalade||10 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Turkey breast||3 1⁄2 Pound|
For orange glaze, in a small saucepan combine orange marmalade, lemon juice, mustard, and cloves.
Cook and stir over low heat till the marmalade is melted.
Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the thickest portion of turkey breast.
Place turkey in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 1/2 to 2 hours or till thermometer registers 170Â°F (77Â°C), brushing turkey generously with orange glaze during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
Transfer turkey to a serving platter.
Pass any remaining orange glaze.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
