|Diced pimento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon lime carbonated drink||14 Ounce|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced cooked turkey||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Cut green peppers into thin strips; cook in butter over low heat for 5 minutes or until tender.
Mix in flour; blend thoroughly.
Add pimento, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt and salt.
Stir in carbonated drink and cream; simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
Add turkey; simmer, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
