1. Heat a casserole, pour extra virgin olive oil.
2. Add in onions and bell peppers, cook for 6 minutes.
3. Add in garlic and sauté for few minutes, add in turkey, and mix well. Cook until brown.
4. Pour in sofrito and mix. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Add in tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes followed by beans, bay leaf, oregano, ground cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and badia complete seasoning. Mix well all the ingredients.
6. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer at low heat for 20 minutes.
