Casserole of Turkey Slices
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Thick cooked turkey slices||2 Pound|
Saute onion slowly in butter or margarine until golden; do not brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except turkey, and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Pour sauce over turkey slices in casserole; cover, and heat about 20 minutes at 350Ã‚Â°F.
