Classy Turkey Mac Soup

Turkey is on everyone's mind this month. But, once Thanksgiving is over, it's what to do with the Turkey leftovers that will be the challenge. Try this family-friendly soup, a terrific option for a busy time of year. Here's yet another delicious recipe from Dreamfields!
Ingredients
  Dreamfields elbow 13 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Box, Dreamfields)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion/Leek 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broccoli slaw 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Chopped cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs), or shredded
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pan, reserving one cup pasta water.
2) Meanwhile, heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, carrots, celery and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli slaw; continue cooking 1 minute or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in poultry seasoning. Cook and stir to blend into vegetables.
3) Add chicken broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in turkey; heat through. Add pasta water if more liquid is desired.

SERVING
4) Divide pasta among 8 bowls. Ladle soup over pasta. Season with salt and pepper and serve the soup.
