Ingredients
  Turkey meat 3 Ounce, cooked, cut into matchstick pieces (Dark Variety)
  Roast beef 3 Ounce, cooked, cut into matchstick pieces
  Tomato 1⁄2 , sliced
  Carrot 1⁄4 , cut into strips
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , cut into strips
  Green pepper 1⁄4 , cut into strips
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Crisp lettuce 1 (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add all ingredients leaving the lettuce.
2) Toss lightly.

SERVING
3) Line the salad plate with lettuce and serve the salad on top by adding your choice of dressing like Minute Salad Dressing.

TIPS
You may add minced onion to the meat.
