Turkey Temptation

Ingredients
  Fresh apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked turkey 1 Pound, diced to make about 3 cups (White Meat)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325°F.

MAKING
2) In a baking dish, mix together apricots, lemon juice, bouillon, salt, pepper, thyme and meat.
3) Cover the dish with a foil.
4) Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.

SERVING
5) Serve hot over a bed of mixed salad.
