Baked Stuffed Turkey Breast
|Bread cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken bullion||50 Gram|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees C).
Cut bread cubes and place in a bowl.
Add savoury, onion, pepper, thyme, and sage.
In a cup, melt butter with chicken bullion cubes.
Add butter mix to bread mixture.
Mix them well.
Make pocket in turkey with a knife.
Add stuffing mixture to it.
Add sage to the back side of turkey.
Place the turkey in an oven dish.
Apply butter, sage/pepper over turkey.
Bake turkey for 90 minutes.
Stand for 5 minutes.
Cut in half, serve.
