Barbecued Turkey Legs
|Turkey drumsticks||4 , uncooked|
|Molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hickory smoked salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper.
Place in slow-cooking pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
If turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
