Turkey And Broccoli Galettes
|Refrigerated pie crusts||15 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded cooked turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1. Bring crusts to room temperature.
2. Meanwhile, combine milk and cream cheese in a nonstick medium skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring, until smooth. Add broccoli and stir until warm. Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese and turkey and season to taste. Let cool.
3. Heat oven to 400°F. Place crusts side by side on a large baking sheet. Spoon 2 cups cooled filling into center of each, spreading to 1 1/4 inches from edge. Fold edge of pastry over filling, overlapping dough in folds as necessary.
4. Bake in center of oven 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes, then cut into wedges.
