Pineapple Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  Skinless boneless turkey breast 4 Ounce, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pineapple cubes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley/Minced fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the turkey and onions in the oil for 5 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
Stir in the cinnamon, cumin and paprika.
Add the pineapple, raisins and lime juice to the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with the coriander or parsley.
