Smoked Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Turkey breast 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix together the corn oil, liquid smoke, garlic powder, ginger and white pepper.
3) Into the turkey breast, rub the mixture.
4) In a roasting pan, place the turkey, skin side facing up.
5) Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes per each pound.
6) Remove the turkey from the oven.
7) Transfer to a serving platter and remove the skin gently.
