Turkey Aglia Olio
|Skinless boneless turkey breast||1 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely minced|
|Finely minced parsley||2 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)|
|Ground oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Angel hair pasta||10 Ounce, hot, cooked|
|Cooked angel hair pasta||10 Ounce (Use Hot)|
|Nonfat cooking spray||5|
1 Cutting across the grain of the meat, thinly slice the turkey breast.
2 Coat the grill with cooking spray.
3 In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt.
4 Place the turkey slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minnutes or until completely cooked.
5 On a serving platter, place the pasta and pour over the sauce. Toss well.
6 Arrange the turkey slices on top of the tossed pasta and serve immediately.
