|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Potatoes||12 Ounce, peeled, cooked, diced|
|Smoked turkey sausage||12 Ounce, precooked, sliced|
1) In a 10-inch non-stick skillet, cover and cook the bell pepper, onions and water together over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables are just tender.
2) Stir in the potatoes and sausage, cook uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thoroughly heated.
3) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
