Turkey With Paprika

Ingredients
  Cooked turkey 1 Pound, diced (450 Gram)
  Green onions 3 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Red pepper 1 , diced
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, thinly sliced (125 Grams)
  Butter 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoons)
  Flour 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Powdered chicken concentrate 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Milk 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Paprika 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Vol au vent cases 8
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine the vegetables and microwave at 100% for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Add in the cooked turkey and keep aside.
3.Melt the butter for 40 seconds at 100%.
4. Add in flour and the chicken concentrate.
5.Now, add milk.
6.Stir and cook at 100% for 4 to 5 minutes.
7.Add in paprika and stir.
8.Reheat at 70% for 3 minutes.

SERVING
Serve in hot vol-au-vent cases.
