Turkey, Pecan, And Grape Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular Or Low-Fat)
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Fresh chives/1 scallion finely sliced (white and green parts) 2 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)
  Smoked turkey/2 whole smoked or grilled chicken breasts, skinned 1 1⁄4 Pound (In 1 Piece)
  Seedless grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Green Or Red)
  Pecan halves/Blanched almonds /walnut halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kirby cucumbers 4
  Boston lettuce head 1 , leaves separated, rinsed, and dried
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the mayonnaise and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. With scissors, snip the chives into 1/8 inch pieces (you should have about 1/3 cup), and stir into the mayonnaise.
2. Cut the turkey into 1/2-inch dice and add to the mayonnaise. Rinse and dry the grapes, finely chop the nuts, and peel, seed, and dice the cucumbers. Add to the mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients together and adjust the seasoning.
3. Tear the lettuce into large pieces and serve the turkey salad over the lettuce.
