Breast Of Turkey with Lemon Rosemary and Spring Onion
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Turkey breast||6 Ounce, sliced|
|Onions spring||2 , chopped|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken stock||3 Fluid Ounce (85 Milliliter)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, add the flour, salt and pepper, blend well and coat the turkey slices with it.
2) In a frying pan, add the turkey slices and cook in melted butter on each side for 2-3 min; stir in the balance ingredients, allow to boil and simmer until the mixture is syrupy.
3) Place the turkey on a nicely warmed plate, top with the lemon slices and pour the sauce over the top.
4) Garnish with rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
