Turkey Pate

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Lightly Packed, Meat And Skin Both)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , minced
  Ground almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon (For Binding)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise.
Then bind with mayonnaise until a just-stiff paste is formed.
Place in a bowl or container.
Decorate with aspic, truffles, or sliced olives, if desired.
Chill.
Serve as an hors-d'oeuvre or as a snack.
Makes about 3 cups.
