2 Cup (32 tbs) (Lightly Packed, Meat And Skin Both)

1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Hot pepper sauce
3 Tablespoon (For Binding)
Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise.
Then bind with mayonnaise until a just-stiff paste is formed.
Place in a bowl or container.
Decorate with aspic, truffles, or sliced olives, if desired.
Serve as an hors-d'oeuvre or as a snack.
Makes about 3 cups.
