Turkey Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Turkey 1 Small
  Green onion 1 , chopped fine
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Dash
  Thyme 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Macaroni 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees
MAKING
2) Begin by cutting the turkey into small serving pieces
3) In a skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the onion till tender
4) Add flour over the onion following it up with cloves, thyme, parsley and salt
5) In the skillet, add the turkey pieces, tomato paste and chicken stock
6) Simmer covered and cook until the turkey is tender (approx 1 hour)
7) Cook the macaroni and add butter to it, mixing well
8) In a casserole, place the turkey with sauce and make a macaroni ring around it
9) Top it with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees until it’s evenly heated
SERVING
10) Serve hot once the casserole is out of the oven
