Scalloped Turkey

Ingredients
  Toast slices 8 , crumbled
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (Or 1 Small Can)
  Diced cooked turkey 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Turkey stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
MAKING
2) In a bowl, add the toast, onion, parsley, butter, salt and pepper for dressing
3) In a greased shallow baking dish, layer 1/3 of the dressing and proceed by adding 1/2 portion of mushrooms
4) To this, add 1/2 of the turkey and layer it with the dressing again
5) Add the turkey stock over top
6) If you can’t find turkey stock, substitute it with chicken stock
7) Slide it into the oven and bake at 350 degrees
SERVING
8) Serve hot after the casserole is out of the oven
