Turkey Au Gratin
|Medium noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White sauce mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced cooked turkey||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned chopped mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded american cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely crushed crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (12 Rich Round Crackers)|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Cook onion in the 1 tablespoon margarine till tender.
Prepare White Sauce Mix, following recipe directions for a medium white sauce.
Mix together the onion, prepared White Sauce Mix, turkey, mushrooms, cheese, olives, and lemon juice; fold into noodles.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till heated through, 40 to 45 minutes.
