Turkey And Peas Casserole
|Diced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pimiento strips||2 Ounce, diced (1 Jar)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In glass casserole, melt butter on ROAST (7) for 1 minute or until melted.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 2 minutes or until transparent.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook on REHEAT (8) for 10 to 12 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once during cooking.
Serve over hot rice.
