Turkey Pockets

Ingredients
  Skinless boneless cooked turkey 8 Ounce, or skinned and boned
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat pita breads 2 Ounce (2 Pieces, 1 Ounce Each)
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Ounce (To Garnish)
Directions

In bowl combine all ingredients except pitas and garnish; refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Slice each pita halfway around edge and open to form pocket.
Stuff 1/2 of turkey mixture into each pocket and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
