|Skinless boneless cooked turkey||8 Ounce, or skinned and boned|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat pita breads||2 Ounce (2 Pieces, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1 Ounce (To Garnish)|
In bowl combine all ingredients except pitas and garnish; refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Slice each pita halfway around edge and open to form pocket.
Stuff 1/2 of turkey mixture into each pocket and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
