Honey Mustard Turkey Slices

  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard/Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornflake crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Turkey tenderloins 1 1⁄2 Pound, diagonally sliced 1/2 inch thick
  Dried parsley flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon

In shallow bowl, blend sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, honey and salt.
Reserve half of sour cream mixture in small bowl.
Set aside.
On sheet of wax paper, combine cornflake crumbs, paprika and garlic powder.
Dip each turkey slice in sour cream mixture, then roll in cornflake mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
Place turkey on roasting rack.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 10 minutes.
Rearrange turkey slices.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until turkey is firm and no longer pink.
Combine reserved sour cream mixture and parsley.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once.
Serve sauce with turkey.
