Curried Turkey Wiches

  Chopped leftover cooked turkey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peeled chopped tart apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Toast slice 6
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon

Combine turkey, apple, celery, onion, and parsley.
Blend together salad dressing or mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
Add to turkey mixture; toss lightly.
Spread one side of toast slices with margarine.
Arrange toast on baking sheet, margarine side up; divide and spoon turkey mixture over toast.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat till heated through and lightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
