|Whole wheat spaghetti||4 Ounce (Uncooked)|
|Salt free whole tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Salt free tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Snipped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried basil leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Turkey cutlets||8 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.
Set aside and keep warm.
In 9-inch square baking dish, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley and basil.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms.
Place turkey on tomato mixture.
Cover with wax paper.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 9 to 14 minutes longer, or until turkey is no longer pink, rotating dish once or twice.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
