Turkey Parmigiano

Ingredients
  Whole wheat spaghetti 4 Ounce (Uncooked)
  Salt free whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt free tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Snipped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Turkey cutlets 8 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.
Drain.
Set aside and keep warm.
In 9-inch square baking dish, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley and basil.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms.
Place turkey on tomato mixture.
Cover with wax paper.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 9 to 14 minutes longer, or until turkey is no longer pink, rotating dish once or twice.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
