|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Finely chopped shallots||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic powder||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
|Dry thyme||2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)|
|Cooked spinach||175 Milliliter, chopped (3/4 Cup)|
|Grated swiss cheese||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Crushed cornflakes||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Fresh parsley||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Paprika||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Melted butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
In a pan, melt the butter, add the shallots, garlic powder and thyme, cook for 2 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Let cool and add the cheese.
Spread the mixture on each turkey breast and roll up; set aside.
In a bowl, mix together all of the breading ingredients and dip each turkey roll in it; coat well.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F(180°C).
