Leftover Turkey Lettuce Wraps Recipe By Luci Lock

Ingredients
  Cooked turkey breast 1 , shredded
  Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Bean sprouts 2 Tablespoon (Organic)
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , chop (Organic)
  Lime cilantro dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Romaine lettuce leaves 2
Directions

MAKING
1. In the romaine lettuce leaf add some of the shredded turkey breast, chopped cilantro, organic bean sprouts and chopped red bell pepper.
2. Add the lime cilantro dressing over the ingredients.
3. Wrap the romaine lettuce around so the filling doesn't spill.

SERVING
4. Plate and serve.

I don't eat meat, but this wrap sees to be decent enough to go with some sweet potatoes too... or maybe mushrooms. will experiment!

Hey thats a neat wrap and as you rightly said its fun to make and kids will love it.. I have tried the Organic Spicy Lime Cilantro Salad Dressing and just love the spicy twist it lends to the salads! :)
